Common search criteria is…

  • Price
  • Size of home in Square foot or lot size based on acreage
  • Bedrooms and baths
  • Garage capacity
  • Lot size or acreage with or without irrigation water

Foreclosed properties It is often hard to determine if a property has been foreclosed on when searching the MLS. Sometimes in the owner information column it will identify a bank or finance company as owner. If you can not find the owner information, then we can help you find these properties.

Pre-qualify for a Mortgage Loan

We recommend that before you even start looking for a house, you visit your mortgage banker of choice, and find out what price range home you can afford. This will save you time and also position yourself much better as a buyer.
Your mortgage banker is the expert on determining a figure for you, so please ask them. They will be happy to take your information and check your income/debt ratio to qualify you for a certain mortgage amount. Within about an hour, they can qualify you at the exact price of a home with the monthly payment amount that you can afford. You may be surprised to see how much home you really can afford.
